The Garden Patio at Perch Home is available for private hire this summer. Rent the space, bring your favorite caterer, your own wine, and the people you love most. We handle the setting — you handle everything else.

For garden rentals we don't — and that's intentional. You choose your own caterer, which means the food is exactly what you want, not a fixed menu. We're happy to share our preferred vendor list including Celebrated Foods, who our guests consistently rave about. Just ask when you inquire.
Yes. The Garden Patio is BYOB. If you'd prefer a staffed bar experience, our vintage Moonshine & Fizz mobile bar is available as an add-on for $495 — it handles everything from wine service to signature cocktails.
Fill out the event inquiry form with all of the details. We'll confirm availability and hold your date with a 50% deposit. The balance is due 7 days before your event.
The Garden Patio comfortably holds up to 35 guests for a seated dinner and up to 50 for a cocktail-style gathering. Not sure which setup fits your group? Just ask — we're happy to talk through the layout.
Exclusive use of the garden patio, tables, seating, and ambient lighting for your full 3-hour window. Setup and breakdown time is included. You handle catering, beverages, and any décor beyond what's already in the space. We will have an onsite event liason and restroom access is provided.
We monitor the forecast closely and will be in touch ahead of your event. If weather is a concern, we'll do our best to accommodate your group indoors — subject to availability. We also offer one complimentary reschedule within the same season for weather-related cancellations with at least 24 hours notice. Please note that our inside can only accommodate 30 guests.
Yes! The patio is equipped with Sonos speakers. Simply queue up your Spotify playlist and we'll get you connected — the soundtrack to your evening is entirely yours.
The Garden Patio is designed as an intimate evening experience for adults. We kindly ask that events remain adult-only out of consideration for our neighbors.
