The Better Butter Spreader creates thin curls from cold, hard butter to soften quickly and spread without tearing or leaving cold, hard butter clumps behind. It works with all styles of cold, hard butter taken straight out of the fridge, including full-length butter sticks, shorter west-coast butter sticks, butter slabs, and full blocks of butter. Simply run the butter curling holes on the underside of the blade along the length of the hard butter to collect thin curls that soften quickly and spread without tearing tender baked goods. Gently butter fresh homemade or store bought breads, corn muffins, blueberry muffins, croissants, bagels, and more, without them tearing apart.
